The second really successful ‘Ladies Night’ was held in Milford Haven on Saturday, raising over £500 for Paul Sartori.
Supplied with refreshments and a light buffet, visitors to the ‘Ladies Night’ which took place at Sartori Furnishings, Unit G, Havens Head Retail Park, were presented with a chance to win a range of great raffle prizes, a fashion show featuring volunteers wearing quality garments from the shop, a small range of stalls including hand make jewellery and gifts and Avon and an exclusive look around the charity shop full with bargains, especially focusing on ladies wear. The air was full of excitement as ladies perused the shop, enjoyed the fashion show and chattered amongst themselves.
Tracie Holland, Store Manager at Sartori Furnishings Milford Haven commented: “The evening was a great success - it was lovely to see so many people turn up having a fantastic time.
“My volunteers were amazing too, they put their hearts and soul into the night and I was so proud of them.
“A lot of them starred on the catwalk, but also contributed to make the event such a success.
“I’d like to say a huge thank you to Rachel Owens, Lily and Cerys Owens, Sue Brand, Annie Aziz, Grace Andrew, Shirley Harrison, Brenda Fall, Daphne Hammond for the Avon, Ruby Andrew for the cupcakes and to Mo Davis for organising the raffle prizes and I certainly couldn’t have done it without them.
“Our volunteers are the lifeblood within Paul Sartori and their dedication and support to help raise funds for the hospice service is crucial.
“We have a true community spirt in the Milford Haven Shop and we do know a lot of our customers. We welcome new and old customers to these events and we look forward to more in the future,” added Tracie.
