A Hallowe’en disco was held on Monday at St. Florence Village Hall to raise money for the cardiac ward at Bristol Children’s Hospital.

It was the idea of seven-year-old Charlie Wharton, who suffers with severe heart problems and has been raising money throughout the year for the hospital and the British Heart Foundation.

The disco was his idea and one of the fundraising events. A total of £203.50 was raised.

Thank you to everyone who supported the event and a big thank you to Steve Briers for the great disco, South Beach Bar and Grill, St. Florence Village Stores, Heatherton, Parsonage Farm Inn, Tasty Cakes, buffet, sweets and treats, Dave at Gaz Cabs, Tesco, Pembroke Dock, Sainsbury’s Tenby, Tsparkle Beauty, Megan Davies and Clare Alldritt for raffle prizes and food and drink donations.
