PICTURED is Mat Greener from Templeton who is saddling up for a charity bike ride from John O'Groats to Lands End.

Called JOGLE (an acronym for John O'Groats Lands End), Mat will be cycling 961 miles from the north of the country to the south over nine days starting next Tuesday.

He is riding in aid of Ty Hafan children's hospice.
