A 78-year-old man from Pembroke Dock, accused of two accounts of sexual assault on a female in Pembroke, is to stand trial in December, after pleading not guilty to the charges.
John Joseph Colfer, of Haven Court, Monkton, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, charged with intentionally touching a woman sexually when she did not consent, on two separate occasions.
The first incident was said to have occurred on May 23, with the second allegedly taking place on the same female two days later.
Magistrates accepted jurisdiction of the case, and set a trial date for December 11. The defendant was released on unconditional bail.
