SAUNDERSFOOT resident Kate Heathcote could win a million this weekend - after she bought the Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? board game.
Kate, 43, posted back a golden ticket found inside the box and has been selected as one of 10 finalists to play Who Wants to Be A Millonaire? at the Elstree TV Studios tomorrow (Saturday)
The event - which is being hosted by Chris Tarrant - will be played in exactly the same way as the hit ITV show, but will not be broadcast, although Kate will be given a VHS copy of her performance.
The Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? board game is manufactured by Upstarts! under licence from Celador International Ltd. It is Britain's fastest selling game of all time and the UK's top selling game (a title it has held since it was launched in September 1999).
The golden ticket promotion ran on pack from October 2001 until January 31 this year and attracted over 10,000 entries.
