Clr. Stephen Watkins was re-appointed as chairman of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority at the annual general meeting onWednesday.
He was chair of the previous authority for 2003/04. His vice-chairman is Clr. Simon Hancock, who was also re-appointed.
Four new members of the Park authority - all appointed by Pembrokeshire County Council following the June elections - were welcomed by the chairman. They are: Clr. Sue Perkins, Pembroke Dock; Clr. Tony Brinsden, Llanteg; Clr. Robin Evans, Newport, and Clr. Michael Williams, Tenby.
In administrative changes, members agreed to re-name the development control committee the development management committee and to amalgamate the two advisory groups covering external influences and park purposes.
The authority is to advertise for a new independent member of the standards committee, following the resignation due to ill-health of Mr. Keith Davies, the first chairman of the committee.
