A GOOD WEEK FOR RACKET SPORTS
Playing tennis and/or squash can reduce the risk of early death by 47 per cent, compared to doing nothing, according to a study in the British Journal of Sports Medicine that compared the health merits of sports. Racket sports came out on top, while swimming cut the risk by 28 per cent, aerobics 27 per cent and cycling 15 per cent.
