A SPEEDY SESSION THAT EVEN THE TIME-POOR CAN FIT INTO A LUNCH BREAK

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is manageable - it can be done in 30 minutes. Our metabolism keeps working afterwards, so we’re burning calories for 24 hours after the workout, as long as we’re putting good food inside our bodies.

Start with a five minutes warm-up. Then ramp up the fat burning with five minutes of splits - 30 seconds on, 30 off, as fast as we can manage. Follow this with a five minute cool-down and a thorough stretch.
