IGNORING MOBILITY

Forget stretching - mobility is what we need to make sure we come away from our workouts more agile and nimble than when we started. Most people will warm-up with some sort of static stretching and five minutes of some form of cardio, if that! This will improve our static flexibility and increase blood flow to certain muscle groups, rather than prepare our whole body for exercise.

Instead, we need do some dynamic leg and arm swings with deep squats to warm-up and save the static stretching for after the workout and cool down.
