BECOME A DIPPING DYNAMO

Biceps tend to steal the upper-arm muscles spotlight, but maybe it’s time to target the triceps, that make up 66 per cent of our upper arms. One of the best ways is through dips. We can dip just about anywhere and off almost anything from a chair, to a bench to parallel bars and there’s a dip for everyone. Wherever and however we dip, the key is arm position. Our hands should be shoulder-width apart with arms straight. The movement also benefits our shoulders, forearms, chest and back. Three sets of eight to 10 dips should leave our upper arms in good shape.
