IT’S THE EARLY BIRD THAT CATCHES THE WORM
Try working out in the morning. Many of us can be terrible in the morning, but we can train ourselves to get up early. Work out before 8 am on an empty stomach and feel amazing afterwards. We all have busy lives, so a morning workout gives us focus right through to the evening. It then doesn’t matter if the demands of the day take over and we are more likely to resist the temptations that become available.
