Most people think depressing diets are super healthy. Fasting is not sustainable or enjoyable, yet we’ve been conditioned to think the only way to burn fat is to cut out all the things we love and spend hours in the gym. How can we live like that?

We cannot starve ourselves, train and then re-fuel our body, whilst also performing at work and being a mum or dad, on 1,000 calories a day! We don’t need to count calories - listen to our body and adjust portions depending on how hungry we are.
