Proprietors Chris Feenan and Les Langford of the Cross Inn, Penally, celebrated 12 years of running this popular local pub last Saturday. They laid on a hog roast for the occasion and invited customers to give donations to the Harriet Davis Trust, raising over £400. "We wanted the Trust to benefit from the event as it is such a local charity," said Chris. "Les and I would like to thank everyone who attended for their support ." Elizabeth Sleight, of the Harriet Davis Trust, said: "It was a lovely evening and it was really generous of Chris and Les to do this for us. Here's to their next 12 years."
