A TEAM from Narberth Food Festival was the flavour of the week at a major community event in Ireland.

Led by chairman Jackie Palit, they cooked for 500 performers and volunteers at the Clonmel Junction Festival in County Tipperary.

In return, they received a donation for the Narberth festival, which takes place in the town on September 25 and 26.

And teenagers from Clonmel will get a taste of Welsh hospitality during the event. The youngsters, who assisted the Narberth team on kitchen duty, are coming across to lend a hand at the food festival.
