Members of the Narberth Castle Lodge RAOB GLE put on a Race Night earlier this year to raise funds for the Cylch Meithrin Playschool and RAOB charities.

The evening was very successful thanks to those who turned up on the night, together with those who sponsored the event, namely Gravells of Narberth, the Camrose, Enterprise, Royal Haven and Mervyn Allen Lodges, while members of the Narberth Castle Lodge collected sponsorship from friends and family to help raise as much money as possible.

The Race Night was run by Bro Eric Bates KOM of Honest Sid racing, with the assistance of his partner Georgie and Bro Mike Thomas. The event realised the sum of £900.

On Wednesday, August 30, the presentation of cheques for £300 each were made to the Cylch Meithrin Playschool and to the PGP of the South Pembrokeshire Provincial Grand Lodge, Bro Richard Gardiner ROH.
