Narberth's Carnival Queens were chosen recently at a competition and disco at Narberth Rugby Club. Although there was a smaller number of entrants than in recent years, judges, Haverfordwest Mayor, Clr. Roy Thomas and Mrs. Thomas said they had a very difficult time choosing the winners. Carnival Queen - Leanne Howells; attendants - Vanessa Janes and Rebecca Connor. Rose Queen - Courtney Scourfield; attendants: Courtney Connor and Abby Rogers. Fairy Queen - Nikita Etchells; attendants - Adrianne Edwards and Nikita Rossiter. All are wished good luck when they lead the carnival procession on July 26!
