The organisers of Tenby Winter Carnival have adopted a 'positive' attitude over insurance problems faced by events around the county.
For £10, Tenby Chamber of Trade and Tourism are this year willing to amend their own public liability insurance, to cover those on the floats.
In addition, owners of vehicles used will also have to notify their insurance company that it is being used at a carnival.
"We have been in touch with our insurance company and are adopting a positive attitude," one of the organisers, Ann Rowell told the Observer this week.
"The carnival will be taking place on Saturday, December 6, and as well as the parade, we have lots of exciting events planned," she said.
