Carmarthenshire County Council’s Cabinet Member for Transport, Waste and Infrastructure Services, Cllr Edward Thomas, said: “With the Summer Bank Holiday approaching, I’d encourage all residents to take a few minutes to check their revised collection date. Collections will take place one day later than usual, so putting your bins out on the correct day will help ensure everything runs smoothly.

“We would also like to thank residents for continuing to recycle as much as possible, remembering to wash and squash items and keep within the three black bag limit.”
