A Carmarthenshire restaurant has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.
Saint-Hugo, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 5 Market Precinct, Llanelli, Carmarthenshire was given the score after assessment on October 9, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Carmarthenshire's 345 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 288 (83%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
