Last week, Carew Wesley Methodist Youth Club enjoyed a quiz evening (writes J. H.).
The club was split into different teams of varying age groups. There was lots of noise and excitement as they picked their team names.
Some of the leaders and older youth members had prepared different quiz questions such as general knowledge, local history, music, picture quiz and children's books. All the questions were so varied and wide ranging. It was great fun and everyone enjoyed the evening.
Once again, our band of leaders were busy in the kitchen preparing pizzas, along with burgers and sausages in buns. It was a great way to round off the evening.
The winning team was Team Dynamite. Their captain was Hazel and her team was Holly, Amber, Georgia, Amber and one poor lone boy Jools! They were all presented with a medal and selection box.
