Tonight (Friday), Youth Club members and leaders will be holding a Remembrance Evening at the Control Tower in Sageston at 7 pm.
Tomorrow (Saturday), there will be a fundraising supper and quiz in the Memorial Hall, Sageston, at 6.30 for 7 pm. The event is to raise funds for the chapel Sunday School and Sandy Bear Bereavement Counselling. Tickets are £6.50 for adults and £3 for children.
All are invited to attend at 10.45 am at the cenotaph for a short service of remembrance at 11 am, after which the children will attend Sunday School with Sharon and Graham.
Sunday services: Sunday School at 11 am. The evening service at 6 pm will be led by Deacon Janet Jenkins.
At 2.30 pm, meet at the cenotaph to assemble for the walk to St. Mary's, Carew Cheriton, for the service of remembrance at 3 pm.
On Tuesday, there will be a joint fellowship meeting in the Youth Centre at 7 pm, led by Rev. Alan Jenkins.
We surround all who are ill or lonely at this time with our love, prayers and help wherever possible.
The chapel is open each day, 10 am to 4 pm, for prayer and meditation, and a prayer sheet is open in the chapel porch for anyone needing prayerful support.
A warm Christian invitation is extended to all, to share in church and chapel services held in the parish of Carew.
