Because of the half-term school holidays, the Youth Club members have decided to give their hard-working leaders a Friday night off. The club will resume with a visit to the Tenby Leisure Centre next Friday, Febrary 27.
Sunday services: Sunday School 11 am. Mr. Mervyn Palmer will lead worship at 2.30 pm and Carew Worship Group (2) will lead the worship at 6 pm.
Tuesday Fellowship will be held in the Youth Centre at 7 pm and will be conducted by the Rev. Alan Jenkins.
We are pleased to report the progress to better health, of two much-loved members, Mrs. Maud Hicks and Mrs. Ruth Williams. Everyone surrounds them with love and prayers.
Last Sunday was an important day in the life of the fellowship at Carew Wesley, when the president of the Methodist Conference, Rev. Stephen Poxon, spoke at the morning family service and dedicated the new vestry extension and refurbished Sunday School (full report in next week's Observer).
The chapel is open each day, 10 am to 4 pm, for prayer and meditation, and a prayer sheet is open in the chapel porch of anyone needing prayerful support.
A warm Christian invitation is extended to all, to share in church and chapel services held in the parish of Carew.
