Tonight (Friday), Youth Club members and leaders are asked to meet in the Youth Centre at 7 pm for a Valentine craft and cookery evening, led by Gwen and Mark.
Last Saturday, wonderful support was given to Sharon and Bronwen's fund-raising event in the Carew Memorial Hall, on a very cold and frosty evening, when young and old enjoyed the wonderful food, and the keen competitions provided.
Deric thanked Sharon and Bronwen for such a wonderful evening, when all the money raised (£320) would go towards purchasing blinds for the new chapel extension and Sunday School refurbishment.
Sunday services: At 11 am there will be a family service, led by Sharon and Graham. They will be joined by the Rev. Stephen Poxon, president of the Methodist Conference, who will give the message and will also dedicate the new refurbished Sunday School and chapel extension.
Because of the morning service, there will be no afternoon service. The evening service at 6 pm will be conducted by Mr. Gareth John (Pembroke Dock).
The Ladies Fellowship will be held in the Youth Centre on Tuesday at 7 pm.
The chapel is open daily for prayer and meditation, 10 am to 4 pm, and a prayer sheet is open in the chapel porch for anyone needing prayerful support.
A warm Christian invitation is extended to all, to share in church and chapel services, held in the parish of Carew.
