Tonight (Friday), Youth Club members and leaders are asked to meet in the Tenby Leisure Centre at 7 pm for an hour's enjoyment in the swimming pool.
Last Saturday, 21 members of the Youth Club passed their three-day introduction course to canoeing and kayaking at Carew Mill Pond, the instructors being from the Fforest Outdoor Heritage Canoes, Cardigan.
The presentation of certificates will be held in the Youth Centre on Friday, October 3, when parents of club members who passed the course, will be invited to attend.
Sunday services: Sunday School 11 am; Mr. Richard Laws will conduct worship at 2.30 pm and Mr. John Davies will conduct worship at 6 pm.
It was with great sadness that we heard of the passing of Mrs. Brace, of Kesteven Court, Carew, whose funeral took place at Carew Wesley last Thursday.
Mrs. Brace was one of the oldest members at the chapel, becoming a member at Wesley on the closing of the chapel at Carew Newton.
The fellowship at Carew surround the whole family with their love, prayers and deepest sympathy.
The chapel is open daily for prayer and meditation, and a prayer sheet is open in the chapel porch for anyone needing prayerful support.
