Tonight (Friday), club members and leaders are asked to meet in the Youth Centre at 6.30 pm for an evening of crabbing in the Mill Pond. All the crabs are carefully caught, and after being counted, returned to the Mill Pond. The simple tackle required is a length of string and some streaky bacon to tie on the end of it. Sunday services: Sunday School 11 am; Mr. Mervyn Palmer will conduct worship at 2.30 pm and the Carew Worship Group will lead the worship at 6 pm. Practice for the Sunday School Anniversary will be held on Thursday at 6.30 pm for young people and 7.30 pm for the adults. The chapel is open for prayer and meditation each day, 10 am to 6 pm, and a prayer sheet is open in the chapel porch for anyone needing prayerful support. A warm Christian welcome is extended to all, to share in church and chapel services held in the parish of Carew.
