Club leaders and senior members are asked to meet in the Youth Centre on Friday, September 1, at 7 pm, to complete the autumn programme for the Youth Club, which will meet again on September 8. Sunday services: There will be a family service to be held on the Castle Green this Sunday morning at 11 pm. It will be an all-age activity service, led by Sharon and leaders and members of the Sunday School. If it is wet, the service will be held in the chapel. Because of the morning service, there will be no afternoon service. The evening service at 6 pm will be conducted by Mr. Mervyn Palmer. It was good to hear over the past week, of the examination success of young members of the chapel family at Carew Wesley. Joanne Williams received her BSc in Mathematics at Bristol University; Luke Young received his BA in Architecture and Planning at the University of West of England; and James Longster received his BA in Philosophy of Law at Jesus College, Oxford. The chapel will be open for prayer and meditation each day, 10 am to 6 pm, and a prayer sheet is open in the chapel porch for anyone needing prayerful support.
