THE British Army has just held one of its largest logistic exercises - Ex Log Viper.
Sgt. Brian Walton is part of 157 Logistic Support Regiment, a unit in 101 Logistic Brigade, who have been in charge of the exercise in which he took part.
Sgt. Walton is 32-years-old and is a member of 224 (Pembroke Yeomanry) Squadron, 157 Logistic Support Regiment LRC(V) based in Picton Barracks in Haverfordwest. He enlisted into the Territorial Army in 1994 as a private soldier and has been promoted three times to reach the rank of sergeant.
Sgt. Walton is an admin. sergeant, which means he is responsible for overseeing the smooth running of troops, its stores, accounting and management as a whole.
He is engaged to Amy and has one child, Grace, aged two.
Sgt. Walton's home is in Carew. He went to Minster Comprehensive School and works for BJ Textiles as a market trader.
