ANY OTHER BUSINESS

Action was to be taken on the following matters raised: A street sign was missing from the entrance to Bartletts Well Road. A security light in Whitehill needed adjusting as it was causing a hinderance to visibility when coming from Whitehill. Lorries from the quarry to Whitehill were leaving a residue like cement on the road. A catering van just off Milton roundabout was causing a distraction to drivers. The road safety aspect was of concern. The county council had been awarded over £1m for community hall regeneration. The clerk was to ask for further details. One suggestion was to tarmac the car parking area opposite the hall. The next meeting will be on Thursday, January 13, at 7.30 pm.
