Cantabile Ladies Choir performed a free open air concert at the Lawrenny Arms, Lawrenny, on July 11 - if you missed it, put a note in your diary for August 1, at 8 pm, when they will perform again.
It was an idyllic evening with the Estuary looking at it’s best - a perfect venue to enjoy listening to (and joining in) songs from Mamma Mia, Broadway musicals, Les Miserables, Chicago and music created by Sir Paul McCartney and Sir Karl Jenkins - even a rendition of the fast and furious Rhythm of Life amongst many others.
The audience enjoyed not only the music and the view (also food and drink) sitting outside in the warm sunshine.
The Ladies choir usually perform at the Albany Hall, Hill Street, Haverfordwest, on Wednesday evenings at 7.30 pm - if you are interested in joining, please contact the secretary, Rosalind Palk, on 01437 621277 or look at their website/Facebook for more information - cantabilesingerspembrokeshire.co.uk/facebook.com/cantabilesingerspembrokeshire/
