Visitors to Pentlepoir may be forgiven for thinking they've gone 'barking mad' when passing one house in the area, as a certain ornamental canine sits in the garden kitted out in full Welsh rugby colours. Fear not, though, for Shelley the stone dog dresses to impress for every sporting occasion, whether it be for the Six Nations rugby tournament, Wimbledon, the Ashes or the World Cup. Shelley's owners, Roger and Doreen Watkins, of Ash Grove, Temple Bar Road, have been entertaining passers-by for several years by dressing their four- legged friend in all manner of outfits, once even getting the dog to impersonate rock's prince of darkness, Ozzy Osbourne!
