Sir, Through your letters page, Whitland Town Council and PCSO Jamie Fleig would like to ask for help in contacting the owner of a piece of land opposite Velfrey Road, Whitland.  It is our intention to upgrade the land to a proper play area and to keep the grass cut etc. Unfortunately, we have been unable to contact the owner of the land.
