PEMBROKESHIRE based musician and composer, James Crisp, will be teaching banjo, guitar, bass, drums and Chinese and Japanese bamboo flutes from his base at the Sound Studio, Torch Theatre.

James is a working composer and musician whose wealth of experience in the industry includes: composing music for film, television and theatre; regular live performances with 'The Scoundrels' (early Country Bluegrass) - playing at some of the top festivals in Britain (Brecon, Caerphilly, Blackwood, Glastonbury) and has worked as a session musician and sound engineer with Peter Gabriel, Brian Eno, The Korgis and Startled Insects.

James is currently composing music for the Torch Theatre Company's forthcoming production - 'Of Mice and Men' - and a series of natural history DVDs for DVD Cymru.

He is also offering the opportunity to take part in an African drum workshop - studying rhythms from different African cultures - leading to a performance at the Pembroke Music Festival in September this year.
