Tenby Town Council are to push for a ticket machine to be installed at the town's railway station.

Clr. Trevor Hallett believes that a machine similar to ones that Carmarthen and Haverfordwest stations have in place would encourage more passengers to travel by train.

"I've been asked by many people about this," said Clr. Hallett. "It would save people a lot of money, too, as they could purchase reduced tickets and not have to go to Carmarthen to pick them up."
