Both Tenby lifeboats were launched last Thursday night after the police were asked for assistance to locate a missing member of the public on Caldey Island.

Tenby ALB was tasked by Milford Haven Coastguard to transport two police officers (with dog) and nine members of Tenby Coastguard Rescue Team to the island.

Tenby lifeboats made a shoreline search of the whole island.

The person was soon located in an outbuilding and taken back to Tenby by the police.
