Police have named the man whose body was discovered on a beach at Caldey Island.

Kevin Dunster, 48, was from the West Cross area of Swansea and had been missing for about 10 days.

A report is being prepared for the coroner.

His body was discovered last Monday afternoon on Bullens Bay, a secluded cove on the eastern side of the island.

Tenby's all-weather lifeboat launched after receiving the reports, with two police officers on board, and proceeded to the Island accompanied by Tenby ILB.

On arrival, the volunteer RNLI crew members then assisted in the recovery of the body and transported it back to Tenby Harbour on board the all-weather Tamar class lifeboat.

The body, believed to have been in the sea for several days, was then taken to Withybush Hospital in Haverfordwest.
