The Rotary Club of Saundersfoot has been hard at work during the summer season.
Apart from a number of 'Duck Races', held to raise money for various charities including Ty Hafan and 'Polio eradication', it has provided opportunities for children to express their creativity on the beach.
Two sandcastle competitions were held during August with greater numbers this year due to the wonderful weather.
The competitions were judged by visitors and all children were provided with a prize.
The Rotary Club is extremely grateful to various businesses in the village for their generous support.
The expressions of pleasure on the faces of the children (and the adults too) was sufficient reward for the efforts made by club members.
