Absolute Dental Care, Tenby, had plenty to smile about at the inaugural Welsh Dentistry Awards, held on Friday, at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff.

“We found out that we had been shortlisted as finalists in the ‘Best Team’ and ‘Best Patient Care’ categories in August and we were delighted to have reached this stage,” said Kate and Rhodri Evans, practice owners.

They continued: “When we opened our practice in April 2014, our main priority was to provide the best care to our patients and make visits to the dentist less anxious. As a family practice, we like to make our patients feel that they are coming to visit a friend where they are welcomed with a smile and can enjoy a relaxed, informal chat, but can still expect to receive excellent treatment provided by experienced professionals.

“We would like to thank our patients who provided us with wonderful testimonials, contributing to us being able to celebrate winning the award for ‘Best patient care’ in Wales. We are extremely proud of what we have achieved in this short time and we will endeavour to continue to be the deserved winners of this title.”
