The Paul Sartori Foundation is delighted to confirm that the Grand Opening of its new flagship Sartori Community Store on Snowdrop Lane, Haverfordwest, will take place on Friday, August 14

Supporters, customers, volunteers, and members of the local community are warmly invited to join the celebrations as the charity officially opens the doors to its largest retail space to date.

Senior members of the Paul Sartori Foundation team, alongside some of the charity's original trustees, will be on hand to mark the occasion and officially open the new store, celebrating an exciting new chapter in the Foundation's history.

Located in the former Factory Shop building, the new Sartori Community Store offers a significantly larger retail space, allowing the charity to showcase an even greater range of high-quality pre-loved and new goods. Every purchase made in-store helps fund the Foundation's vital hospice at home services, which are provided free of charge to people across Pembrokeshire.

The new flagship store has been designed to be more than just a place to shop. The spacious premises will also provide opportunities for community engagement, with plans for creative, educational and informative groups and activities that will bring local people together in a welcoming environment.

Leading the team at the new store will be Derrick Noakes, who previously managed the Foundation's successful Narberth Sartori Store and is looking forward to taking the helm at the charity's exciting new flagship venue.

Derrick said: "I'm incredibly excited to be managing this fantastic new store and welcoming both existing and new customers through the doors. The additional space gives us a wonderful opportunity to expand what we offer, create a real community hub and help raise even more funds for the Foundation's essential hospice at home services.

"Having previously managed our Narberth store, I'm looking forward to bringing that experience to Haverfordwest and helping make this new flagship store a real destination for shoppers, supporters and the wider community. We can't wait to welcome everyone on opening day and show them everything the new store has to offer."

The charity's long-standing Bridge Street store has now closed following a successful closing-down sale on Friday, July 31 and Saturday, August 1, allowing the retail team to begin transferring stock and preparing for the opening of the new store.

Meanwhile, the existing Snowdrop Lane premises will become the Foundation's dedicated Warehouse, Donation Drop-off Point and Mobility Centre, providing improved facilities for processing donations and offering larger second-hand mobility aids and equipment to the local community.

The Paul Sartori Foundation looks forward to welcoming everyone to its new flagship Sartori Community Store on Friday 14th August 2026, where visitors can enjoy the same familiar Sartori warmth in an exciting new setting while helping raise vital funds for hospice at home care across Pembrokeshire.

The new store will be open all week, with opening hours from Monday to Saturday being 09.30 am to 5 pm, and 10 am to 4 pm on Sundays.
