The Celtic Haven team is still celebrating after winning ‘Best Customer Service Team’ at the 2016 Pembrokeshire Tourism Awards last Thursday.

Held this year in the Pavilion at Haverfordwest County Showground, the prestigious awards are designed to recognise and reward inspirational businesses in Pembrokeshire.

Sarah Hilling, commercial manager at Celtic Haven, said: “We were thrilled to find out we had been shortlisted to just four finalists in our category. Then, when we were announced as winners on the night, we were absolutely over the moon - we still are!

“Excellent client care is what we’re all about, making sure our guests get the most from their Celtic Haven experience whether it’s a relaxing cottage break, luxurious spa day, a meal in Waves restaurant, a round of golf or a visit to our Leisure Club.

“Our motto is ‘Yes, we can!’ and it feels fantastic to be rewarded for our special approach to customer service.
