The press acclaim 'Macbeth', starring Patrick Stewart at London's Gielgud Theatre, as the 'hottest ticket' in the West End. Among the cast and making his debut in the West End is an actor with strong Tenby roots. Nicholas Brown, aged 12, plays the son of Macduff and it calls for him to be murdered by Macbeth's assassins. Nicholas is the younger son of David and Rachel Brown, of Middlesex, and a grandson of Eluned Brown and the late Kenneth Brown, of Church Park, Tenby. Prior to landing this role, Nicholas has had previous stage and TV parts and is enjoying his first Shakesperian role. Maybe he will follow in the footsteps of other Tenby actors, who include, Ken Griffith, Clive Merrison and Charles Dale.
