People working in the tourism industry let their hair down and their hats fly at a pig roast held in Dale recently. The evening gave 45 members of Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire tourism businesses a chance to meet up, share ideas and celebrate before their busiest time of year begins. Nick Evans, proprietor of the Sycamores Western Riding Centre, supplied the entertainment in the form of his Bucking Bronco and karaoke system which really livened up the evening. Thanks go to Nick Evans and also Dale Café for the lovely salads. Tourism members from Pembrokeshire also attended a Gower Ghost Hunt Trade Day recently. The evening was a great success with over 50 tourism members in attendance. Actors from Gower Heritage Centre gave tales of ghosts before members of the trade tried to find some ghosts for themselves. The home-made cider went down a treat with the trade and everyone enjoyed looking at the various craft shops at the centre.
