The 64-year-old grandmother has not finalised her Christmas plans and is unsure if she will be able to take part in the festive swims at Tenby, Saundersfoot and Amroth, due to work and family commitments, so she did her own swims early to launch the Christmas spirit.
While many of us have been freezing in the big winter chill, Rosie says the temperatures are mild compared to the -40 and -50s she experienced in Siberia and stripped off to take to the water in just a bikini!
After launching her fund-raising challenge last Thursday with a dip at Tenby's North Beach, Rosie returned there on Friday for another swim.
And it was all above board as her swim was verified by a local police officer!
"He wrote it all down in his notebook and had the CCTV cameras directed at the beach so there would be a record," said Rosie.
Rosie, pulling her trusty home on wheels which was her companion during her round the world trip, then ran to Saundersfoot, where she enjoyed the St. Nicholas Christmas Market festivities before taking the plunge.
After sleeping the night in Icebird near Coppet Hall, she braved the briny at Wiseman's Bridge and Amroth, before returning to the warmth of her home in Tenby.
At Wiseman's Bridge, Rosie was joined in the sea by Holly Jones, who works at Wiseman's Bridge Inn, before tucking into a hearty Sunday lunch to help warm her up.
"Everyone was fantastic and I am delighted to have been able to raise well over £200 for Maria and David who do such a lot of excellent work at Tinkers Hill," said Rosie, who also thanked Griggles for sponsoring one of her outfits.
"My feet were so cold I almost had ice crinkling in between them and my eyelashes were almost iced over when I slept at Coppet Hall, but it was worth it.
"It's just a little something to remember all the people and animals who suffer in this cold weather."
