Britannia Building Society, Britain's second largest mutual, has invested in Pembroke Dock by completely transforming its branch at 337 Dimond Street.

To celebrate the launch of their fresh new look, the staff held a party on Tuesday. Angela Burns, the shadow finance minister, came to cut the ribbon and declared the new look branch officially open, while 'decorating jugglers' entertained guests and brightened up the town with their extraordinary and breathtaking street theatre. Wine was flowing and guests dined from an in-branch buffet.

To celebrate the new branch, Britannia Building Society ran a free prize draw for one lucky person to win a luxury bouquet of flowers delivered to their door, every month for a year, giving their home a fresh new look too!

Alexia Morgans-Hurley, manager of Britannia's Pembroke Dock branch, explained: "Our party was a great success.  Everyone was invited to come and join in the fun and enter our fantastic free prize draw to win fresh flowers for an entire year!"
