Coffee Morning
We are looking forward to meeting many of Tenby's hibernating bowling fraternity at tomorrow's (Saturday's) coffee morning, 10 am to 12 noon.
Quizzes
Busy Jonathan Webb, our Vice Chairman, advises me that the worthy charity Tenovus will be holding their quiz night on Tuesday, February 25 and that the important local Air Ambulance fund raising quiz is on Tuesday, March 18. I believe there are others in the pipeline.
Please support these worthy causes as most of the monies raised are ploughed back into the local community.
Ladies Meeting
Mair Marquiss requests a meeting with all of the Tenby lady bowlers on Monday, February 10, at 5.30 pm.
New recruits
As you know we are on a recruiting drive and it has been suggested that all members chat up their friends and neighbours and encourage them to try out this wonderful sport, which is right on their doorstep.
Our facilities are second-to-none, social and bowling. If every member introduces one person; young, old, lady or gentleman, the club will be throbbing. Don't forget there are three free coaching lessons for all new bowlers.
