Narberth town councillors are to write to the town's rugby club congratulating the 1st XV on their win against Division One league leaders, Maesteg, on Saturday.
However, councillors are also to write to the club asking if they can have parking stewards on duty outside the ground on big match days after fans parked across the entrance to the town's fire station.
This blocked in the engine, which caused problems when the brigade had a call during the afternoon.
