Pembrokeshire Tourism can help make your event even more successful, by providing help with the cost of marketing your festival with funding from South Wales Tourism Partnership. It is hoped to support as many events as possible, with grants available for marketing from £250 up to £1,500. But hurry - applications for this round of funding must be in by Friday, June 9.

Priority will be given to events that will take place annually or bi-annually or are working towards becoming an ongoing event. The most important criteria is that it should take place outside of the main tourism season and should be interesting and strong enough to attract visitors from outside the county, preferably on an overnight basis. Only events taking place between August 28 and December 31 will be eligible.

Events that have won grants in the past include the highly successful Really Wild Food Festival, Tenby Arts Festival, the Newport, Nevern and Dinas Festival of Ploughing, Narberth Food Festival, Saundersfoot Footlights, Pembroke Festival, North Pembrokeshire Energy Group, and the Fishguard Jazz Festival.
