Following a recent charity cycle ride completed by Adam Crawley, which saw him travel from Carmarthen to Brooklands Nursing Home near New Hedges and back again, £2,500 was raised for The Alzheimer's Society and £1,400 for Brooklands.

"We would like to congratulate Mr. Crawley for all his hard work and thank him for his kind and generous donation," said a spokesperson for the home.
