Bag a bargain book this January as Scolton Manor hosts ‘The Lovely Little Book Sale’.
On Saturday and Sunday between 11 am and 3 pm, the Victorian Manor House will be hosting a sale of second-hand books.
A range of adult fiction and non-fiction, large print and children’s books will be available, as well as a selection of DVDs and audio books.
Entry to the book sale in the Manor House is free. There is a £2.50 daily car parking charge.
Throughout the weekend, the Scolton Manor gift shop will also be open offering a small selection of new titles about Wales and Pembrokeshire, including the recently launched ‘Pembrokeshire County History Volume I: Prehistoric, Roman and Early Medieval Pembrokeshire’.
Published by the Pembrokeshire County History Trust in November 2016, Volume I is the last in the series of four volumes and is available for the special price of £30 during the book sale weekend, reduced from the regular price of £35.
There’s also fun for families outdoors, with the RSPB BIG Garden Birdwatch taking place over the same weekend.
See what you can spot around the 60 acre site and help build a picture of the variety of birds which inhabit the area.
