Significant changes have been made to the Book of Remembrance at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, near Narberth. The book, which is on display at the Crematorium's Chapel of Remembrance, provides a lasting record and a simple, but dignified memorial. It has been converted so that new inscriptions will be available for viewing much sooner than previously - within three months at most. Attractive new artwork has also been added depicting scenes from Pembrokeshire, including Lampeter Velfrey Church, Pembroke Castle, Strumble Head, and Pentre Ifan. The book has a page for each day of the year, so that memorial inscriptions are on view on the anniversary date. Private viewings of other days are available by appointment. Any page can be viewed on the electronic console at the crematorium, or online at http://www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/parcgwyn">www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/parcgwyn
