Blood donation clinics will be held at Pater Hall in Pembroke Dock this month and in July.

The first appointments session takes place today (Friday) between 11 am and 1.30 pm; with the next session on Thursday, July 25 at the same venue between 3 adn 6 pm.

“Currently only 3 per cent of the population give blood - we are currently low on our universal blood type 0-, and this blood type can be used to treat any patient in an emergency,” said Jasmine Williams donor engagement co-ordinator with the Welsh Blood Service.
